Chinese - Polish Partnership for Development
中国-波兰伙伴关系发展What is Chinese - Polish Partnership for Development?
Chinese Polish Partnership For Development is an inspiring and unique project organised by the students from the best economic university in Poland - Warsaw School of Economics and students from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, which is ranked 9th best university in the world by Financial Times.
The aim of the project is to break down barriers between both countries as well as make students familiar with both traditions and current problems of Poland and China. Furthermore, the project allows students to establish long-lasting contacts between academic societies and promote both countries and companies supporting the project on an international level.
Thanks to the lectures, debates, discussions, meetings with leading business executives and politicians as well as visits in partner companies, Chinese - Polish Partnership for Development will give students an insight into the current economic situation of both countries and issues which have to be faced by not only internal, but also foreign entrepreneurs.
Chinese visit to Poland: 31.03-10.04
Polish visit to China: 18.04-28.04
During the project, intercultural teams will try to find solutions to the most important problems which have to be faced by investors in both countries basing on case studies provided by partners.
The project itself consists of a 10-days long stay of Chinese students in Poland and the same trip of Polish students to China. During those trips, delegates will promote cooperation of business societies, establish valuable contacts with inspiring young people from abroad and help in launching a dialogue between China and Poland on business topics.
Chinese – Polish Partnership for Development is a pro publico bono, non-profit project. That is the reason why financial support from our partners is so important. Financial resources are used only for preparation of the project.
The name of the project was not chosen by accident. Our initiative is designed to become a basis for a future fruitful cooperation between students from both universities as well as cooperation on a higher level - in terms of academic and political issues.
